Probsan

Probsan has been in the automotive industry serving to automotive OEMs and their first tier suppliers by manufacturing stamping parts, deep drawing parts and welding parts since 1972. Its factory premises are composed of tooling design and manufacturing unit, stamping workshop, spot and robot welding workshops, coating workshop, quality and administrative units. In year 1990, the company transferred its operations into a modern factory of its time in Istanbul. Along with the growing business and the change of the urban plan of the factory’s location in Istanbul, the automotive segment production was transferred to a nearby industrial zone, Şekerpınar - Gebze, which is just 15 km away from Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen International Aiport. The new plant in Şekerpınar has a gross area of 3,100 m2 comprising tooling design and manufacturing unit, stamping workshop, robot welding workshop, quality and administrative units.

Probsan serves to internationally recognized first tier suppliers of automotive OEM companies mainly in automotive vibration control systems by manufacturing stamping and welding parts.

Probsan has its own tooling design and manufacturing unit in house which provides superior capability to design and produce various complex stamping parts. This capability gives Probsan the flexibility to serve to various segments of automotive industry and other business areas.

Probsan’s robot welding workshop consists of state of the art modern technology robot welding equipments and surrounding components providing the most enhanced production environment. Even the most demanding welding requirements of the automotive OEM companies is met by this modern welding workshop.

Probsan has a committed staff of over 50 people composed of tooling design and manufacturing engineers, production engineers, quality professionals, stamping and welding technicians and operators.
